Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RankCharge. By creating an account you agree to them. If you're using RankCharge for a business, you're agreeing on that business's behalf.

The service

RankCharge analyzes your website, builds a content plan, generates articles with AI, and can publish them to platforms you connect. It also measures rankings, AI-assistant visibility, backlinks, and local presence. We may change or improve features over time.

Your content and your site

You own the articles RankCharge generates for you. You're responsible for reviewing content before it's published under your name and for ensuring it's appropriate for your business, industry, and jurisdiction. Content is AI-generated: review it — we make it easy to edit, request changes, or reject a draft. By connecting a publishing platform you authorize us to create and manage posts there on your behalf.

No results guarantee

Search rankings and AI-assistant answers are controlled by third parties and change constantly. We report real measurements and never promise a specific ranking, traffic level, or revenue outcome.

Link network

When you connect a publishing platform, your site is enrolled in our local link network: your published articles may host editorial links to complementary (never competing) local businesses, and theirs may link to you, within monthly caps. You can leave the network at any time from the Backlinks page, and leaving is always respected.

Acceptable use

Don't use RankCharge to publish unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content; don't probe, overload, or abuse the service (including automated scraping of scans or generation); don't connect a website you don't own or have authority over. We apply fair-use limits to expensive operations and may suspend accounts that abuse them.

Fees

Paid features are billed at the prices shown when you subscribe. We'll give notice before price changes take effect on an existing subscription.

Termination

You can stop using RankCharge and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Articles already published to your own platforms remain yours.

Disclaimers and liability

RankCharge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the actions of third-party platforms you connect.

Governing law and contact
